The senator who is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, at first complained of stomach pains and then started sweating profusely forcing his handlers to rush him to a nearby hospital.
Reliable sources at The Hague, said that the lawmaker could not eat the Dutch food and he has thus been eating chips and drinking diet soda which are more affordable and stomach friendly.
“Mheshimiwa complained of stomach upsets and was given few tabs but the situation got worse at night on Tuesday, he had to be rushed to a nearby hospital treated and released.” a source said.
