The Coalition for Reform and Democracy (CORD) has said that it plans to meet all the candidates who won various elective seats under the coalition’s umbrella at the School of Monetary Studies on Wednesday.
CORD luminary Anyang Nyong’o announced this during a press conference at Nairobi’s Serana Hotel a few minutes ago.
Nyong’o said that the meeting was to brief the various candidates on the coalition’s position as regards to last week’s Presidential election which was won by Jubilee Uhuru Kenyatta.
At the meeting, Nyong’o was accompanied by fellow CORD officials and chief legal minds Mutula Kilonzo and James Orengo.
Both Orengo and Mutula emphasized that CORD intends to make its election petition set a standard on how elections should be held in Kenya
