Congratulatory messages have been flowing in her social media account with everyone showing her support and wishing her all the best. Joey will probably be the youngest host for the show which was first hosted by Gaetano Kagwa before Dr Mitch and Sheila Mwanyigha took center stage.
Joey recently quit her job at Capital Fm where she hosted popular radio show, Hits Not Homework alongside Solo saying it was time to move on to other things. While hosting TPF6 may not have been on her plans then, well it is now, if this is anything to by, lady luck is smiling at her.
The former hosts Dr Mitch and Sheila had both been heavily criticized by viewers for different reasons. Mitch for certain goofs including that "goodies" incident when she said made a comment about Jackie Chandiru after she performed her smash hit "Gold Digger". Sheila was faulted for her choice of wardrobe and make up at times but most were impressed by her hosting skills.
The 1st audition episode of the talent search reality show will air this Sunday on Citizen TV.
