TV personality Julie Gichuru is working on a new TV show that features Africa jet setters. The production called Africa Leadership Dialogues
is produced under her production company, Imagine Pictures.
Julie told Word Is, “Africa Leadership Dialogues is a current affairs show that provides insights into leadership and the developments on the African continent. It includes interviews with Nkosanna Moyo who runs the Mandela Institute for Development, Zimbabwe Deputy PM Arthur Mutambara, Mauritious Vice Prime Minister Xavier Luc Duval and former UK Premier Gordon Brown.”
The show set for release later this year is said to have been picked up by M-Net for airing. The show features African and global leaders of government and industry as well as civil society discussing various aspects of leadership on the continent and the way forward. It features a social media segment that enables Africans across the globe to share views.
So far, some of the other African top personalities who have been interviewed by Julie, who is the host of the show, include Ory Okolloh, policy manager Google Africa, and politician and humanitarian Graca Machel.
The show that is expected to have 26 episodes will be produced by Nick Otieno.
