According to ‘The Star’, the police confirmed the news and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the 9 year-old boy after getting stabbed with a knife on the right side of his neck. The mother of the two siblings was allegedly in an upstairs room when the incident happened, she heard the commotion and screams but came down a little too late. The stabbed boy was rushed to a hospital but declared dead on arrival.
The names of all affected by this incident have been withheld for legal purposes but the police have opened an investigation of the case and will forward an inquest file that will be forwarded to a magistrate to aid in the process.
The burial plans are underway for the dead boy whose body is at Chiromo Morgue as police figure out a way forward on the case.
