Residents of Kadiro village in Rachuonyo North woke up yesterday to the shocking sight of the remains of a man who had died and buried 10 years ago. The skeleton of the deceased was intact and was covered in a white cloth that was inscribed a relative’s name.
The deceased Hezron Angiro Odiawo died in mysterious circumstances and police closed the case because there was no evidence or witnesses. Police are alleged to have given up on the investigation 9 years ago.
According to residents, the skeleton of Angiro was found dumped along the road where most residents passed by and the remains had a tie and a brown jacket with which he was buried in.
The shocking detail in the white cloth is what freaked out the residents and no one could explain why the name of a close relative was inscribed on the cloth.
Police indicated that they are going to restart the case and maybe come to a close to avoid a similar incident.
