Dozens and dozens of disabled
people from all walks of life are flocking Kakamega town in preparation for a
crusade that is expected to be held tomorrow at Bukhungu stadium.
According to residents a renowned and self proclaimed prophet
Edward Owour of Repentance and Holiness Ministry is expected to lead worship
and prayers for needy people for a period of three days.
In his manifesto for the worship ministry he claimed that he has
received divine powers and he is sure all the disabled people who will be
present for the crusade will go home well. He specifically declares that the
blind will actually see.
False prophets have in the recent past been ashamed by the
public for fake miracles with the like of pastor Njoroge of Fire Ministries who
hires prostitutes to pose as sick people. Another pastor from the coast region
was also ashamed after a faithful found him in Tanzania seeking witch craft
intervention to perform miracles for his faithful.
