Kalenjin singer Diana Chelele who was found murdered at her home with deep stab wounds to her abdomen knew she was going to die. Before her death she made this painful prayer to her twin children who she was leaving behind and went on to mention the names of her enemies that wanted her dead.
The prayer originally done in Kalenjin was translated by Barbara Chepkoech (Waridi), a former actress now living in Des Moines. It reveals the mental and physical turmoil the singer went through before her painful death.
