Despite the secrecy behind the testimony of Grace Nyakeru
Githuta at the International Criminal Court (ICC), Africa News Post can now
report that the said witness against Deputy President was put in a tight corner
by Karim Khan, after the bright lawyer found her lying to the court.
According to credible sources, the witness who has been
hiding her identity before she was smoked out by social media prefects in broad
day light cried severally saying she is not comfortable with Khan Interrogation.
The court session went for several breaks as the prosecution
pampered the fake witness, whom they described as “brave”.
Khan who is Ruto’s lead lawyer is among tough lawyers that
are giving the biased prosecution sleepless nights since he is using his legal
prowess. The lawyer has been convincing the judges that witness 536 is giving
untrue submission and upon realizing that she was lying, the naïve witness
started crying, which clearly show that somebody must have coached her in order
to testify.
