Party agents, the electoral commission and judiciary officials are the only people allowed inside the hall. The media has not been allowed access into the hall.
There will also be a fresh scrutiny of all Form 34 used by the IEBC in tallying of the presidential votes in all 33,000 polling stations across the country. Form 36s that was used to enter presidential constituency results will also be scrutinized and all reports filed by 4 pm on Wednesday.
