Ferdinand Waititu, the embattled Embakasi MP and suspendedAssistant Minister for Water and Irrigation Services, todayappeared on K24 TV’s Capital Talk with Jeff Koinange.Waititu attempted to clarify the comments he made last week on camera in which he called for members of the Maasai community to be ejected from Kayole. Those comments led to him being arrested and charged with incitement to violence charges. He was released onFriday on a Ksh1 million bail. He was also suspended by President Mwai Kibaki as WaterAssistant Minister pending the outcome of his court case.
