1. This is not a run-off. It is a repeat of the presidential election so it should be handled with the seriousness it deserves.
2. IEBC did not consult stakeholders before announcing the new election date.

4. The court order required an open audit of the IEBC servers and this has not been done.
5. The technology system was not accessible to all stakeholders.
6. IEBC had been indicted and was found wanting. Some of its officers should be sacked first.
"We are not ready to participate without legal and constitutional guarantees," stated Odinga. He further added that agreeing to participate in the elections would lead to the same irregularities. "We know what IEBC did and the same will happen. "There will be no elections on October 17 unless our grievances are addressed," he remarked.
