She's beautiful and her sense of fashion is second to none. Her beauty aside, Machakos Governor’s wife Lillian Nganga has been busy crisscrossing the county engaging in charitable deeds.

Mutua wife visited Hope for Orphans Rescue & Education Centre (HOREC) to be part of the organization’s HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign. The organization supports over 123 children who are either orphaned or living with HIV/AIDS.

An elated Alfred Mutua posted this on his facebook page:
“As part of her HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaign, County First Lady Lillian Nganga spent her day at HOREC Children’s Home in Matungulu Sub-County.

Commending the commitment shown by the home’s Directors, Lillian called for empowerment of our children through education and access to healthcare to reduce new infections and encourage positive living.

She noted the need for Community sensitization and Awareness which is paramount to reduce transmission and unnecessary deaths due to ignorance and stigma.
