President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, are said to not to have given up on luring former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka into the ruling Jubilee Coalition.

This comes even as the former VP has made it crystal clear that he does want to have anything to do with Uhuru/ Ruto and neither will he betray his ‘brother’ Raila Odinga for anyone.

According to Kandara MP, Alice Wahome, Uhuru/ Ruto are doing everything possible to turn Kalonzo Musyoka and have reserved the position of Speaker of the National Assembly for him if he joins them.

Wahome claimed that Kalonzo will hardly be CORD’s flag bearer in the 2017 General Elections because Raila Odinga will not let him and urged him to join Jubilee for his own good.

“Kalonzo should join the Government fast instead of waiting. Speaker’s seat will be reserved for him,” said Wahome.
