The Mcheza crisis begun in the wake of Sunday where some of the gamblers who placed a Jackpot bet indicated that they could not receive a confirmation bet message. The company however sent a tweet saying that they were experiencing server problems which was affecting delivery of sms.
The subsequent day the situation got worse with no sign of payment being sent to the bet winners leave alone the Jackpot bonus which is not normal. Julie Gichuru who is believed to be associated with the company posted on instragram
