Apparently the tricky conductor decided to hike up the fare from Ksh 80 to ksh 100 after the commuters had boarded the matatu.
Unlucky fro him, he was not going to get away with it on this particular day since its a trick most Nairobi conductors use to make some extra cash. Tow enraged ladies took matters on their own hands and hassled the conductor for their Kshs 20 balance.
