Lilian Titiya told The Nairobian that on January 12, her son attacked the cop after he found him in their house.
She claims her teenage son raised the alarm with neighbours who descended on the man and started beating him up.
“I suspect my son had smoked bhang. He entered the house and started beating up the police officer, claiming that he had seen us together. He claimed I was having s3'x with him, which is not true,” said the MCA.
Titiya says the cop had come to buy eggs, which she supplies to residents.
“They beat the officer for no reason. He is my customer. I sell eggs and he had just come for eggs when my son and others accused him of sl33ping with me. I am married and not in any relationship with him,” she added.
Commenting on the incident, the area Chief Alfred Muhati, said leaders in the region should set a good example.
