The PAC also found that Waiguru used Sh 450,000 to procure c0nd0m dispensers, Sh 1.7 million to purchase a TV, Sh 1.2 million to purchase a piano and an unknown amount in purchasing vibrat0rs that are commonly known in Kenya as d!ld0s.
Waiguru however defended herself this morning against these allegations saying even other Ministries are corrupt but the media has decided to target her exclusively.
