Last week Flamboyant Luopean Jared K Otieno was the talk of town after delivering dowry to his girlfriends home in a way never before seen. Not only was Jared escorted by a motorcade of expensive fuel guzzlers, but he also had police escorts and four choppers.
The lucky lady Kendi Mwiti is a daughter to a prominent Meru doctor and is Marketer who also holds a Masters in Development Studies.
