If your memory serves you right, in 2010 prior to the 2013 elections, Citizen TV ran a documentary christened Newsmakers by Evelyne Wambui and one of their guests was William Ruto.
Evelyne spent more than 24 hours with Ruto and followed him from his house to his projects in Nairobi which included residential apartments in Pipeline area named Easton and later to Weston Hotel along Lang’ata Road then to his home in Uasin Gishu.
In this clip that was shared by Alai and is also available online, one can easily see Lang’ata Road at the background and it is easy to tell that that is Weston Hotel when it was under construction. What has changed since then?
