Lift your left foot up slightly, so that the toe is in contact with the floor, but your heel is not. Bend both your knees at the same time. Pause in this position for 1 to 5 seconds. Push off your right heel to rise, repeat with the other leg.

100 squats and lunges per day should be your target. This will make you the envy of every woman around in town. Please stay away from chicken feeds, they are chicken feeds-food for chicken not human, they cheated you, it doesn’t enhance the size of your butt, but it sure promises to shorten your life.
