Raila to Sue a Local Newspaper over 'Men in Black' Saga [VIDEO]

ODM party leader Raila Odinga has threatened to take legal action against a local daily over a report which claimed he was involved in planning the chaos that preceded the February 28th abortive party polls at the Kasarani gymnasium, and knew the men dressed in black who destroyed voting material.

Odinga said he had nothing to do with the fiasco, terming the publication as malicious and misleading.
