President Uhuru Kenyatta has once again read the riot act to his Cabinet Secretaries, warning that he will notentertain laxity in service delivery especially in pledges to Kenyans by his Jubilee Coalition ahead of the 2013 general election.
The president, who was speaking on Tuesday duringthe opening of a four–day cabinet retreat in Nanyuki, also called on the three arms of government - that is, the judiciary, the legislature and the executive - to end their mutual hostility currently playing out in the public as this was hurting development.
