According to information that was given by one driver who was in the motorcade, all the vehicles were hired and thus did not belong to the Dutch Government.
He said that the Kenyan Government through the office of the Deputy President hired all the vehicles and outriders at a fee which he was not in position to disclose.
The driver added that the company usually ferries top VIPs who visit, Amsterdam, Hague, other Dutch cities and cities that are within Germany.
