“I miss English football,” the 28-year-old said at a promotional event in Singapore. “For me, it was [some] of the best years in my career when I was there in Manchester United.
“Everyone knows that it is a club that is still in my heart and I really, really miss. But now my life is in Spain. I am enjoying playing there, too.”
Ronaldo, who has 146 goals in 135 appearances for Real, is yet to discuss new terms with the club, and he did not rule out a move back to United “in the future”.
“Part of my life is there, but in the future we never know. I am really, really happy in the Spanish League.”
United would need to cough up £60-million for Ronaldo.
