According to sources, the woman was used to watching television all day neglecting her household duties. This angered the man who decided to disconnect their TV set so that she could at least concentrate on domestic work.
Speaking to the press, the man complained that his wife could not cook or clean the house because of watching television and so he decided to ban her from watching TV.
It is said that despite numerous advice from the husband to change her bad behavior, the woman ignored and challenged him to act as he desired. The man is said to have sold the TV, a move that angered the wife who asked for a divorce.
The wife claimed that the husband was treating her as a young child by controlling her freedom. She left and never to return.
