Education minister Mutula Kilonzo yesterday withdrew a case against his househelp who had sent him a message threatening to kill him.
Speaking before Senior Principal Magistrate Doreen Mulekyo, Mutula stated that his family had decided to withdraw the case against the woman and forgive her unconditionally.
Ms Kasily had earlier on denied that on June 26th 2012 she had threatened to kill the Education Minister and his wife in a text message.
Through his lawyer, the court heard that Mr. Mutula knew the girl had just been used by others to intimidate him and his family. He went ahead to state that he had left her to reconcile with her conscience.
Mr. Kilonzo withdrew the allegations when the case was ready for hearing.
