The Kenya Human Rights Commission for instance has vowed to challenge the election of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto after the elections should the jubilee coalition win.
As Andrew Ochieng reports, the groups are warning that William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta may have won the battle but not the war.
