Eagle Coalition presidential candidate Peter Kenneth urged voters to ensure only the best candidate carried the day if they wished to see prosperity and development.
He was speaking in Ishiara market and Runyenjes town of Embu County during a campaign. He is expected to wind up his tour on monday with a tour of Meru County.
“When I weigh and gauge myself, I am that candidate Kenyans have always longed to get as their Head of State since I have what it takes to hold the office,” he said.
Kenneth said if elected, he will ensure there is socio-economic development in all 47 counties.
He added that small-scale based industries will also be established, pointing out that it was such micro industries which would ensure that economic development was on an upward trend.
Kenneth, who was accompanied by his Running Mate Ronny Osumba among other leaders, said the youth in Kenya who are numerically superior should be given an opportunity to showcase their talents.
He also urged the Executive to stop interfering with the independence of the Judiciary.
While campaigning in Karatina town, Kirinyaga and Embu on Thursday, he said judicial staff should be accorded the dignity and respect they deserve.
He said those alleged to have threatened Chief Justice Willy Mutunga should not only be investigated but also brought to book.
