Alliance for Real Change (ARK) has unveiled a four point manifesto just days to the March 4 polls.
The party singled out disease, poverty, illiteracy and bad governance as the four enemies of
development that must be eliminated.

The party’s presidential candidate Mohammed Dida, while launching the manifesto on Sunday at Kamkunji grounds, stressed that his government will prioritise issues on security, poverty, health, education and graft.

He promised his government will invest in the people through life empowerment, building intellect, strengthening institutions of governance and wealth creation.

He also stressed on the unity of Kenyans. “Kenya unites us all and we must work against all odds to preserve its unity and oneness. My bid should not divide the people but instead bring them together,” he said.

He added, “Kenya is a big house standing on 42 pillars representing our diversity as one people and therefore the people must appreciate each other.”
Dida cautioned that the presidential contest should not be a do or die but instead, all the players should prepare themselves psychologically and their supporters to accept the outcome.
Subsidise education
He pledged that his government guarantees security and even at the porous borders. “No part of this country is too small for us to protect, even if it is a piece of rock in Lake Victoria,” he said.
He stated that the country has a huge potential for economic growth and not just negligible installments as witnessed in recent past.
He announced that if elected his government plans to build referral hospitals in all counties, which have none. “ARK government has pledges to put in place a universal healthcare plan to all incorporating healthy eating habits,” he added.
Dida said he will abolish Kenya Certificate of Primary Education and provide free primary and secondary education while subsiding university education.

He stated that issues of land and housing will be addressed and the new Constitution fully implemented.
Dida further promised the youth will be included in nation-building.
