The incident started when Kabogo
who was holding a meeting with sitting members of Parliament in Kiambu County,
offered to foot the bill for drinks they had taken using a cheque
But the hotel manager
explained to Kabogo that the Hotel administration does not accept cheque as a
mode of payment due to fraud involved in Cheque transactions.
But the MP who is known to be a trouble maker did not listen
to the explanation but instead he gave the poor manager a thorough beating
before the Hotel’s security came to rescue him.
This is not the first time the flamboyant MP has been
accused of causing trouble in hotels and pubs. Last year the MP was involved
with altercation with a Nairobi University law student Mercy Keino at Wasini
Luxurious Apartments in Westlands, which led to her death.
Keino’s case is still pending in court.
