It also predicted a Raila win with Kalonzo as his running mate against a Uhuru Kenyatta win should he be the flag bearer under the Jubilee coalition.
The poll conducted last week saw 1,874 people interviewed in 7 counties perceived to be politically significant in swaying the vote.
The opinion poll carried out just a day after the deadline for political parties to deposit their pre-election pact with the registrar of political parties involved a one on one interview questioner with the respondents from Mombasa, Machakos, Nairobi, Garissa, Nakuru, Kisumu and Kakamega counties.
According to the group's director Fazul Mohammed, a win for CORD is increased if Raila is the flag bearer and Kalonzo his running mate except in Eastern region Kalonzo's backyard where a majority at 45% would prefer Kalonzo as the presidential candidate.
