Speaking at AIC fellowship in Eldoret on Sunday, Kiyiapi who is the Restore and Build Kenya (RBK) Party leader called upon every Kenyan to take part in restoring the leadership vaccum which has existed since the country got its independence.
“The country has no big or small citizens; everyone has a share in the enterprise called Kenya. Leadership is not the business of politicians. It is the responsibility of all citizens,” Kiyiapi said.
“We have a chance to break away from the past leadership style,” Kiyiapi added.
Kiyiapi dismissed sentiments that the next elections will be a two horse race saying Kenyans will be shocked when he emerges the winner of the much awaited poll.
On the issue of opinion polls the former PS said that such polls are influenced by powerful politicians and they fail the basic test of international standards such as declaration of financiers and under the carpet processes.
