Football maestro Collins Okoth is in the middle of drama. The Kenyan international midfielder is facing accusations of child neglect. Collins Okoth aka Gattuso plays for Sofapaka football club and Harambee Stars.
He is accused of siring a child with Moya’s football club goalkeeper, Jackline Adhiambo. The 23 year old Adhiambo claims that Gattuso has denied responsibility of their daughter. Since Stephamaysy Ignesious was born three years, Gattuso has not taken care of her or paid for her upkeep.
Jackline claims that she is paid Ksh 2,500 per game. Failure to play, she misses the pay. She now lives in a single room shanty at Kariobangi with her daughter. All what Adhiambo is asking for is Collins to step up the plate and pay fees for their daughter.
Gattuso visited Adhiambo’s parents and promised to provide upkeep for their child. Adhiambo is thus pleading with him to keep his word.
