According to the suspect he had gone to the hotel to drink tea
and mandazi but the hotelier started molesting him sexually leading to him
stabbing the deceased in self defense.
Witnesses contradicted with the suspect’s allegation and said
that the hotelier had handed him the Sh. 20 balance but a fight ensued and the
tour guide removed a knife from his pockets and stabbed him.
The hotelier was rushed to Naivasha District hospital where he
was pronounced dead on arrival. The suspect is being held at Kongoni police
station and will be arraigned in court after investigations are completed.
