Residents of Bulawayo's Pumula South suburb were left
shell-shocked when a young boy was caught having sex with his stepmother. The
incident transpired some time last week when the juvenile (17) was caught
bedding his step-mama.
It is believed the two (names withheld to protect the identity of the minor) had been sharing the forbidden fruit for some time until luck ran out of them when their illicit act was discovered by the boy's aunt who resides in the same suburb. The unsuspecting aunt was on her way home from a mid-week church service when she decided to pass by her brother's place to respond to the call of nature.
It is alleged that she knocked the main door for some time and got no response as the volume of the radio was so high. The 'pressed' aunt decided to bulldoze the door and gain entry to the toilet. After her relief, she headed to the sitting room where she was greeted by undergarments.
Out of curiosity, she went straight to the spare bedroom where there were ecstatic sounds as the boy gave his mother-cum-lover a moment of her life. She force open the door and got the shock of her life. On noticing the presence of unwelcome guest, the two are said to have sprang from the bed cowering for cover.
The boy reportedly managed to escape from the jaws of his angry aunt and left the two female adults charging at each other. The aunt failed to contain her anger and hurled slur at her sister-in-law. The noise attracted neighbours who thronged the vicinity to witness the 'Garden of Eden' events.
When contacted for comment, the aunt said they were handling the matter amicably as a family and were waiting for the boy's father who works in South Africa to make the final decision. She refused to shed more light or respond to further questions.
"What I can say now is that we have deliberated on the issue as a family and we are waiting for my brother who is coming beginning of next month," said the boy's aunt.
Efforts to get a comment from the boy's mother were futile as she was said to have sought refuge at her brother's house in Magwegwe North suburb.
