Kenya Judges Condemns Uhuru Kenyatta's Attack on Judiciary, Warned of dire consequences if he touches Justice Maraga.

During his first campaign tour after the ruling, Mr Kenyatta criticised Maraga and the Supreme Court for nullifying his re-election. "Before the Supreme Court ruling, I was the president-elect, but Maraga and his team have declared the election as null and void...I am the incumbent President with full powers. Maraga should know he is dealing with a sitting President." he stated.

During a press conference held on Saturday morning, Mr Kenyatta also condemned the Judiciary for issuing a ruling against his presidency. 

"The Supreme Court sat and decided that they are the ones with bigger power than the 15 million Kenyans who vote for their preferred presidential candidates. As a Supreme Court, they cannot annul the wishes of the people," he stated On Friday, the Court issued a verdict that invalidated the presidential results of the August polls and ordered for fresh elections within 60 days.
