The daughter of the one time powerful politician William Ole Ntimama has surprised many by her narrative on the death of her father.

Lydia Masikonde, the daughter of William Ole Ntimama associated the death of her father to the recently witnessed solar eclipse.

According to her, the emergence of the eclipse in the Maasai Community means that a popular person in their community would die.
