Kakamega Senator, Dr Bonni Khalwale, has accused the Jubilee Government of being behind the ongoing rebellion in Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).
Speaking in Kakamega on Sunday, Khalwale who was accompanied by Shinyalu MP, Silverse Anami, accused President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, of being behind the insurgence in ODM by bribing ‘loose’ MPs to cause chaos and confusion.
Khalwale said there was a grand scheme to scuttle the support CORD enjoys in the region ahead of the 2017 polls.

The outspoken Senator charged that Jubilee had marginalised communities from Western Kenya and had failed to initiate development.
He added that it is only a fool who would vote for Jubilee in 2017.
On his part, Anami said Jubilee was targeting MPs from opposition strongholds with promises to reward them after they quit their parties.
The two lawmakers spoke a day after Sirisia MP, John Waluke, announced that he had resigned as the ODM Secretary for Security Affairs.
Waluke spoke after he and Budalang’i MP, Ababu Namwamba, met Bungoma Governor, Ken Lusaka.
