Following Raila’s response, Mutahi Ngunyi gave President Uhuru Kenyatta advice on dealing with the octogenarian. Mutahi advised Uhuru not to give in to Raila’s demand and instead give him a contempt card. “On IEBC, Raila wants a DOUBLE­BIND. If Uhuru agrees to DIALOGUE, he LOSES. If he REFUSES, he looks BAD. What Raila NEEDS is the CONTEMPT CARD,” Mutahi wrote.
