Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, 54, a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community has been a President of his community (SHIKAMA) and for many years assumed important responsibilities in the province of South Kivu.

President Joseph Kabila and Prime Minister Matata Ponyo have been under pressure since Thursday to dismiss Sebineza when the video went viral on the internet and a mobilization of users revolving around a slogan and hashtag: ‪#‎SebinezaMustGo‬ caught on like a rolling snowball.
