Miguna, who is planning to vie for the Nairobi gubernatorial seat in 2017, is said to have locked the lady at his house and had s*x with her for hours in his m@'trimonial bed.
The lady escaped and recorded a statement at Muthaiga Police Station but the case went cold after Miguna used his connections to terminate it.
Though he has denied these claims severally, Miguna is said to have r@'ped many of his employees who never report to the police because he threatens them.
Miguna, who is a Canadian trained lawyer, lives in Runda alone because his wife lives in Canada.
