Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s CORD has condemned the police for using excessive force in dispersing its peaceful demos around the country.

Speaking yesterday, CORD leaders led by Raila Odinga and former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka vowed to continue with anti-IEBC demos next week even after being tear gassed and beaten badly, saying they will not be intimidated by police brutality.

The former PM told President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, to prepare for more violence because they will not succeed in blackmailing the Opposition to stop its protests.
