Fallen KTN Swahili news anchor Ahmed Darwesh has been flown to Mombasa where he is expected to be buried today.
The body of the late news anchor departed Nairobi this morning and was received at Moi International Airport in Mombasa by Mombasa Governor, Hassan Ali Joho, Muslim leaders and members of the press.
The body was then taken to Mtopanga home as they await burial which will take place sometime today.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
