While other members of the First Family dressed in official outfits befitting the occasion, Ngina wore a casual beige trouser and a long sleeved black blouse.
When State House posted the family photo on Facebook, comparisons were quickly drawn between Ngina’s haggard look and that of the Obama girls when the latter welcomed Pope Francis in the United States earlier in the year.
