KIDERO'S ENVIRONMENTAL ASKARIS LEAVE NAIROBIANS SHOCKED AS THEY ARREST RESIDENTS FOUND STEPPING ON GRASS OR LITTERING THE STREETS

Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero recently unveiled a new team in Nairobi whose mandate is to ensure the streets remain clean by arresting anyone littering.

They have so far hit the ground running and arrested more than 60 Nairobians either found stepping on grass or littering. Although the move to keep our streets clean is good, the manner in which they are manhandling people as they arrest them has angered many Kenyans.
