This happened during her 'one on one' segment where she was hosting Jeff Koinange. Jeff had come with two copies of his new book 'Through my African eyes', one for a lucky viewer and the other for his host, Lilian.
He offered to autograph both copies, starting with Lillian’s.
“Can I write Kanene?” Jeff asked.
“No, Muli’s just fine”, Lilian replied quickly.
As we all know Muli was her surname before she got married and Kanene is her husbands name that she adopted after they got married.
