Being rejected is always a torture. And now imagine being rejected 5,000 times. This is what actually happened to a 34-year-old Serbian man.
Here is a story of Predrag Jovanovic: he used social media to send 5,000 messages to women, asking each of them to be his girlfriend, only 15 of them responded, and responded negatively, the rest bunch of women just ignored his move.
The lonely romantic confessed:
"All 15 politely refused to be my girlfriend, while the rest of them simply ignored me. When someone ignores you that is the worst thing of all.
He explained that nowadays it is hardly possible to find a woman in real (non-virtual) life, saying that when one tries to approach a lady in the street, she thinks one is a "weirdo".
Predrag, who also confessed to being a little shy at the very beginning of the communication with women, lamented:
"Facebook seemed the perfect way to try to sell myself to these girls. Unfortunately it hasn't worked out as I planned... All I am asking is for someone to take a chance on me, meet up and we take it from there."
The young man doesn't plan to give up on his Facebook search though and hopes to succeed one day in finding his second half.
