The case by victims of the fire against the Kenya Pipeline Company failed to proceed on October 22.
Three years have passed since the explosion, allegedly caused by negligence of KPC, killed 116 people.
Victims have sued the parastatal for Sh65 million. Survivors with scars from injuries sustained in the explosion turned up in court accompanied by Senator Mike Sonko.
The case was filed in court with the help of Sonko when he was Makadara MP.
