The 55 yrs old Uganda fugitive fled to Kenya in 1986 before flying to the UK on a Kenyan passport after President Yoweri Museveni got the power. It is clear that Matsanga is closely working with two ICC judges and also a number of paralegals at the ICC in the Kenyan cases facing President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto, and former Radio Journalist Joshua Arap Sang’, who give him information on the witnesses.
Uhuru/Ruto are said to have been elated by the ‘good’ work of rogue deals which Matsanga had done in Northern Uganda with LRA Warlord, Joseph Kony and also Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe.
Matsanga had earlier worked with Former President Mwai Kibaki and he helped the former incumbent retaining the seat in 2007.
